The Importance of Habits
According to a study from Duke University, close to 50% of your every day activities are habits. This makes sense as we have many routines throughout our day that start with what we do to get ready for the day and end with what we do to get ready for bed. This can also relate to all of your actions during a tennis match. We tend to do the same actions between points, changeovers, before serves and returns. So if successful business people have healthy and effective habits, one would expect the top pros would have habits that help them perform well too.
