Health Coaching Plans

 

I offer a variety of plans such as

Health Coaching, Mobility and Fitness, Technique Instruction, and Mobility/Health/Technique Combo Plans.

Weekly Plan: $75

  • Initial 30 minute health consultation (one per plan)

  • Customized meal ideas to suit personal goals.

  • Reading material to help support healthy habits and relate to tennis performance.

  • One 50-minute session (one-on-one or via skype/phone) to discuss health action plan.

1 Month Plan: $260

  • Initial 30 minute health consultation (one per plan)

  • One 30 minute assessment of foods at your house and suggestions to improve healthy food choices. 

  • Customized meal ideas to suit personal goals.

  • Reading material to help support healthy habits and relate to tennis performance.

  • Once a week, 50-minute sessions (one-on-one or via skype/phone) to discuss health action plan.

3 Month Plan: $640

  • Initial 30 minute health consultation (one per plan)

  • Consistent feedback via email/text to help with support and accountability.

  • One 30 minute assessment of foods at your house and suggestions to improve healthy food choices. 

  • Customized meal ideas to suit personal goals.

  • Reading material to help support healthy habits and relate to tennis performance.

  • Once a week, 50-minute sessions (one-on-one or via skype/phone) to discuss health action plan.

1 Month VIP Plan: $500

  • Initial 30 minute health consultation (one per plan).

  • Consistent feedback via email/text to help with support and accountability.

  • One time trip to local shopping center to buy foods for weekly meal plans.

  • Customized meal ideas to suit personal goals.

  • Reading material to help support healthy habits and relate to tennis performance.

  • Two a week, 50-minute sessions (one-on-one or via skype/phone) to discuss health action plan.

Fitness/Mobility

 

I have a certification in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).  This allows me to assess your movements to find weaknesses and imbalances that you can improve and will also will help you enhance your tennis game and keep you injury free!

Technique

 

Being a self taught 5.0 tennis player has given me the opportunity to relate to recreational players at any level to help them keep improving on their game with simple and easy to understand information.  I've made over 60 instructional videos that do just that.  

 

Health

I have a certification in health coaching with Integrated Nutrition (IN).  We will go through your diet to discuss changes that can make a big difference for you with your health and performance on the tennis court!

 

Mobility and Fitness Plans

Mobility Plan Level 1: $75

  • Initial 30 minute FMS testing at location of your choice (one per plan).

  • Personalized exercises and stretches to work on specific needs.

Mobility Plan Level 2: $100

  • Initial 30 minute FMS testing at location of your choice (one per plan).

  • Personalized exercises and stretches to work on specific needs.

  • One-on-one help with each prescribed exercise/stretch to ensure they are performed correctly (50 min).

Mobility Plan Level 3: $250

  • Initial 30 minute FMS testing at location of your choice (one per plan).

  • Personalized exercises and stretches to work on specific needs.

  • Once a week for a month of one-on-one help with each prescribed exercise/stretch to ensure they are performed correctly (50 min).

Mobility Plan Level 4: $400

  • Initial 30 minute FMS testing at location of your choice (one per plan).

  • Personalized exercises and stretches to work on specific needs.

  • Twice a week for a month of one-on-one help with each prescribed exercise/stretch to ensure they are performed correctly (50 min).

  • Sustainable workout plan designed for during and after your tennis season.

  • Post 30 minute FMS testing to check for progress.

Technique Instruction Plans

In Person Private Lesson: $50

  • One hour private lesson at any of the following locations:

    • Castle Pines Village (residents only)

    • Castle View High School

    • Bison Park

Online Private Lesson: $40

  • Submit video of your tennis playing to get back a voiced over video detailing what improvements can be made.

Mobility/Health/Technique Combo Plans

Health + Mobility Plan Weekly: $250

  • Initial 30 minute FMS testing at location of your choice (one per plan).

  • Personalized exercises and stretches to work on specific needs.

  • One-on-one help with each prescribed exercise/stretch to ensure they are performed correctly (50 min).

  • Initial 30 minute health consultation (one per plan)

  • One, 50-minute session to discuss health action plan (one-on-one or via skype/phone).

  • One private lesson or online video analysis.

Health + Mobility Plan Monthly: $700

  • Initial 30 minute FMS testing at location of your choice (one per plan).

  • Personalized exercises and stretches to work on specific needs.

  • Once a week for a month of one-on-one help with each prescribed exercise/stretch to ensure they are performed correctly (50 min).

  • Initial 30 minute health consultation (one per plan)

  • Once a week, 50-minute sessions to discuss health action plan (one-on-one or via skype/phone).

  • Once a week private lesson or 4 online video analysis.
