I have a certification in Functional Movement Screening (FMS).  This allows me to assess your movements to find weaknesses and imbalances that you can improve and will also will help you enhance your tennis game and keep you injury free!

Being a self taught 5.0 tennis player has given me the opportunity to relate to recreational players at any level to help them keep improving on their game with simple and easy to understand information.  I've made over 60 instructional videos that do just that.  


I have a certification in health coaching with Integrated Nutrition (IN).  We will go through your diet to discuss changes that can make a big difference for you with your health and performance on the tennis court!
